Christopher Noble and Thomas Kaufmann met while attending the International Butler Academy at Kaastel Oost in the Netherlands, one of the most respected Butling and House Management Academies in the world. Christopher and Thomas focused on the “True Art of Service” which included Table Service and Standards, Luxury Goods Maintenance, Household Management, Etiquette and Protocol, and Wardrobe Management.

They found that their individual backgrounds and their related passion for the Butling industry complemented each others in surprising, and what turned out to be inseparable ways. Shortly after graduating at the top of their class, Christopher and Thomas were assigned as consultants to the prestigious Wang Jin Yuan Estate in Chengdu, China. This made them eager to cultivate their shared experience to eventually convince their Chinese principal to invest in opening The International Butler Academy China. After nearly five years of training Chinese students to become “Western Style Butlers”, Christopher and Thomas decided to once again forge a new path here in Hong Kong, specializing in personal Butling services for individual and corporate clients alike as well as providing etiquette classes for business and private individuals. Christopher and Thomas are proud to announce the forming of their joint venture, Noble&Hitsch.

Noble&Hitsch opened its doors in early 2017. Since then they have facilitated many public events such as Art Gallery showings, Grand Opening events, New Product launchings, and Media Events. Noble&Hitsch have given corporate training to Real Estate companies and Hotel operators in the Mainland of China and Thailand, and of course provided wine and cigar training along with etiquette training for clients looking to travel abroad in a private setting

From working at his parent’s restaurants washing dishes and serving tables to working at the District Commander’s office in the United States Coast Guard welcoming foreign dignitaries, Military heads, Consulate Generals and Congressmen to the front office and the Admiral’s Flag Quarters. Christopher would go on owning and operating his own restaurants and pubs in his hometown before moving on to The International Butler Academy in the Netherlands. Christopher not only made headlines in his hometown newspaper as a featured article, but has been featured on HBO/Vice media, CBS Evening News, The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Cleveland Scene Magazine, China Daily, RTL, TVBS, just to name a few.
