However, the training will be customized according to the needs and wishes of the client.

To ensure the implementation of the correct procedures, we will use the Hotels/Resorts Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) as a guideline for the training. Should the SOPs not be up-to-date, or not be present, it is our pleasure to assist in the amendment and development of said SOP’s.
