Butler Department Training
Marina Bay Sands is widely recognized as one of the most iconic hotels in Singapore. In December 2022, Noble&Hitsch had the esteemed opportunity to conduct a comprehensive two-week training program for their dedicated Butler Department. The department's highly skilled individuals were a pleasure to work with, and we were able to impart a new level of passion for luxury service. The distinguished guests staying at this exceptional hotel have provided us with nothing but positive feedback.
Training Concept
We are honored to provide our support to a prominent Rent a Butler Company in a major city in China. Our esteemed client has entrusted us with the development of a comprehensive training program for their newly hired staff members, which spans over a period of 3 months. Additionally, will also provide regular refresher trainings to their existing staff members. Our training program is meticulously designed to encompass all the essential skills and knowledge that a modern Butler requires, while also taking into account the local customs. We are committed to ensuring that our client's staff members are equipped with the necessary expertise to deliver exceptional service to their clients.

In the 30th [International Platinum Butler] qualification training held by Xi'an Qujiang Furongge Hotel, Mr. Thomas Kaufman, brand ambassador of International Platinum Butler Alliance, systematically lectured to the participants on the current situation, essence, quality and service concepts of butler and [International Platinum Butler] services with his profound hotel professionalism and service skills. He also led the participants in the practical exercise of international platinum butler service etiquette, so that the participants can understand the butler service in the practical exercise, including the front office butler, guest room butler, banquet butler, conference butler, table service, wine service, western food etiquette, Chinese food culture, hotel service, as well as property service. The demonstration of each service showed the service essence of [International Platinum Butler] "courteous, distinguished and humble" and its constant pursuit of providing luxury services, fully embodied the gentleman and lady style of butler service, and brought the impact and metamorphosis of a brand-new service concept to the participants of the hotel.
As the general manager of Xi'an Qujiang Furongge Hotel, I deeply admire the professionalism and teaching ability of Mr. Thomas Kaufman in the training and hope that we can have more opportunities for cooperation in the future.
